Jeff was our salesman. Did a great job. Very friendly and give him a A+ Stayed late one night to discuss the sale and made it happen. Would recommend and do a future sale with him without question. Only downside of our experience was we traveled 6 plus hours to the dealership which we gave an ETA. The truck was not ready and the process lasted a few hours over of what could have been. This was not the salesman’s fault. Apparently it was the detail shop. It was a long day for us and could have been much more streamlined with a ready truck parked out front on our arrival We didn’t even see the truck until after the sale was made. In the end, we would be a repeat customer without question.

To begin this review, I want to start with saying this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever went through in my life. I was lied to, told one thing and then something else was done, I had multiple cars that I was APPROVED for and IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING, be sold from under my feet. I was told prices that were not honored. I was the salesman and someone else got the commission for it. I was MESSAGED ON SOCIAL MEDIA after purchasing my car, from someone who works at a dealership 3 hours away from me, that I HAD NEVER interacted with, and am not friends with the person who reach out to me. This will be the last time I ever do business with Mosses and I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE.

I bought a 2024 Silverado 2500hd on April 2. I decided to have the ceramic coating put on the truck and I was purchasing a key fob, because I was only given one key fob. It was all scheduled to be done on April 25th. This was a one day service but the truck needed to be left overnight for the ceramic coating. I showed up before 9 AM on April 25th. The key fob was to be done first and then the coating. I came back the next morning to pick up the truck. The ceramic coating was done ( a very good job) but the key fob was not completed. I waited 3 and 1/2 hours and I was given multiple excuses why it wasn’t done. I found out they had not ordered the blank key fob until the Friday that I had dropped off the truck. They had to find one and it was in Cincinnati and it had to be overnighted. I thought it was very unprofessional of the Moses staff to give me multiple lies and not to take responsibility to order the needed part for the scheduled service. I was told the key fob would be $443 (even by a text), but they charged me $493. So they finally gave me the key fob , and I went to leave. The key fob didn’t work. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for the tech to program it supposedly again. I did not appreciate the service that I received. I am very disappointed in the service at Moses Downtown. ( Don’t say you are sorry, because I heard that enough on April 26th, and I don’t think you meant it. )

Brought my truck in for oil change and was told I had wear on the inside of a front tire. It was recommended that I have an alignment so I agreed. My next visit I was told all tires were showing excessive wear and quoted a price for replacement. The tires have approximately 29500 miles on them. Obviously the last alignment did no good for all the tires to need replacement in less than 9000 miles.

My only complaint is that the customer lounge was very cold & I had to sit outside to be comfortable. Every thing else was very good. I was immediately greeted and processed. my appointment was very early and my service was done quickly and liked my email with an overall account of my multipoint inspection. The facility was clean and updated. An overall excellent experience except for the cold lounge. I will give the them a break since I was a very early appointment and we are experiencing several days in a sever heat dome situation. I will most likely return for future oil changes and will reevaluate the lounge at that time.

Took my Camaro in for an oil change. Battery check showed it was very low, tested it more fully and it was bad. Never pushed or hastled. Best experience I've had at a dealership. The offer made to take the truck home overnight so my wife could see and drive it knowing I had 236 mi. round trip amazed me. Tim Bondurant at Moses Downtown made this new purchase transactionally easy and straightforward. I knew what I wanted coming into the dealership and I was pressed for time on the day of the purchase. Tim worked with me on the numbers and the finance team was able to complete most of the paperwork after I returned to my office for appointments. After finishing my work, I returned to complete the sale and take delivery. Patrick Chiarmonte the business manager was well prepared with the documents and took the time to explain the specifics. Even after the sale was complete, Tim took more time to help me set up OnStar and the GMC app. Great experience!

Brought my 2016 Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change. Love the video they message you while you’re waiting that goes over visual inspection of brakes, rotors, shocks, struts, fluids, etc. My technician also noticed my key fob battery was getting low and replaced it. Always go above and beyond!
